Reading and Sports Action for Primary 7

In Primary 7 this week we have been very active representing our School. This week 8 pupils played basketball and 18 girls played football we had a successful week with the basketball team coming 4th and the girls winning most of the matches.

An Egg-cellent Fry-day for Primary 7!

Today, Primary 7 were challenged to create a ‘travel system’ that would keep an egg safe when it is dropped from a high height.  Miss McKay and Mr Dougal were very impressed with our designs and the egg-ceptional collaboration skills we displayed during the task!

Remembrance

P7a visited the war memorial today with P7b and P6.  We took time to remember and honour those who have lost their lives fighting for their country by observing a two minute silence and planting poppies we had made.

On Monday 6th November, P7a visited the Risk Factory in Edinburgh.  We enjoyed working in groups with P7b to experience a variety of scenarios to help us develop our personal safety skills.

Children In Need
