We experienced meditation and were very happy and relaxed after a beach story. We enjoyed taking part in Cosmic Kids, lively Jump Jonny and working with each other doing calm, mindful colouring, class squiggles and singing and handclapping activities.
We learned about eating a balanced diet and tried some delicious fruit and vegetables and made a cereal mix with oats, bran flakes and dried fruits. We learned that too much sugar is not good for us. Thank you to the lady from Tesco.
We have been very busy this week. On Monday we had Upbeat Dance and our Sports Afternoon. Can you see our different activities? We did the obstacle course, jump the river, football dribbling, egg and spoon, balance the bean bag and the flat race.
