P2b Midlothian Science Week

P2b have been learning about nocturnal animals and the 5 senses. We had a visit from a P2b parent Optician who told us how our eyes worked and how to keep our eyes healthy. It was very interesting and he gave us goody bags and activity sheets. Thank you Mr Selbie. We also had a visit from Zoolab and discovered how animals use their senses to keep safe, to find food and to explore their surroundings.

We saw a large African snail, a corn snake, tree frogs, a millipede and 2 rats. We had lots of questions and learned many new facts.
