P2A – What we have been learning this week!

P2A have been talking about Spring this week.  We have discussed words associated with Spring and the changing of the clocks.

We have studied the Artist Van Gogh and his famous still life painting ‘Sunflowers’, creating our own version using daffodils.  We talked about what still life means and learnt a little about this famous artist.  We enjoyed sharing our positive comments about each others work.

We also looked at light and shade using a colourful painted background with the shadow of our favourite Dinosaurs.  We were very impressed with the effect!   We wish you all a Happy Easter from P2A!
