The children have been extremely busy learning.

There has been lots of building models with different types of construction materials. This helps develop their motor skills as well as building their imagination and creativity.

We have been continuing to encourage the children’s independence focusing on tidying up once they have been playing and remembering to hang up their things on their peg.  They have been trying really hard with this.

The children are have doing lots of mark making inside and out.  This is developing the children emergent writing skills and building up their fine motor strength. the children are able to copy words as well as write letters independently.
