Welcome to King’s Park Nursery Class!
We hope that you and your child will enjoy your time with us. The learning your child has already started at home with you will be developed further here. The Nursery is a carefully structured learning environment based on the developing needs of your child.
We aim to provide a safe and secure place where each child can develop emotional, social, intellectual and physical skills at his/her own pace, and also promote confidence and independence in themselves.
The nursery is a class within King’s Park Primary School, so children develop an awareness of school life which should help them make the transition to Primary One.
Children make frequent visits to other parts of the school. They have use of school facilities and sometimes attend Assembly and are involved in special events.
