Dear Parents and Carers
This week in P5B we have had a relatively short week because we were not in school on Monday because it was the May Day holiday but we have been continuing on our village project by making village charters. The charters explain rules and laws you must follow while in our village including about safety, transport, and litter.
As you may know we go skiing every Wednesday. This Wednesday some of the more advanced skiers were doing normal pole plants, Norwegian pole plants and parallel turns while our beginners learned how to stop, jump and ski on two skis.
Every Thursday we do a revision sheet. A revision sheet is a numeracy based question sheet asking math knowledge questions using subjects like length, money and word problems. We used to label them by spice levels like mild (meaning beginner), spicy (meaning in the middle) and hot (meaning hard). Due to this, there has been a slight change because Mr Cross knows most of us always choose the same revision sheet no matter what questions there are. We decided to rename the sheets to incredible, marvellous and fantastic and rotate the title every week so we don’t immediately know the difficulty. We have to assess the questions carefully and choose which one is right for us.
We hope you enjoyed this weekly review and have a lovely weekend!
