P2c Outdoor Learning and Museum Visit

P2c have been enjoying different Outdoor Learning activities. We made fantastic chalk drawings of our favourite dinosaurs and flying reptiles and then measured them with metre sticks in groups. Can you recognise our T Rex, Pterosaurs and Triceratops? We have been playing and learning new skills with hoops and games on the bumps and climbing wall in our playground.

We visited the National Museum Gallery to find out more about dinosaurs and other animals. At the workshop we used clues such as teeth, claws, a jaw and a plate to work out which dinosaur each group had. We learned what the herbivore and carnivore ate. We visited the Adventure Planet and had lots of fun learning and saw a Stegosaurus skeleton.

We have very much enjoyed taking part in the Football Festival learning new skills and games and playing with pupils from other schools. Thank you Kevin and Steven for teaching us new football games and skills.  Thank you to Kristin’s, Miley’s and Rudi’s mum for helping on our trips.
