King's Park Primary School

This week in P1A

This week the class really enjoyed learning about what sort of things we need to have in a town. We looked at what amenities Dalkeith had and then worked in groups to carefully plan our own towns. The groups chose to include features like schools, shops, train stations and houses. This was super exciting and some of the towns included amazing features like water parks with one even including a zoo! We have included some pictures of our hard work for you to look at. The children were put into working groups and they all worked very hard together, sharing the equipment and communicating so well! The children then had to share their town with the class and talk us through what they had included.
