King's Park Primary School

This week in P1A

“We really loved going back to the library!”

“We learned how to log onto the computers this week.”

“We had fun learning all about computers.”

Here are pictures of some of the class during our ICT lesson where they were learning how turn on and log onto the computer – very grown up! They can’t wait to learn more already.

In Primary 1 we are looking at the SHANARRI wheel, and exploring all of the health and wellbeing indicators that it includes. This term the children will be looking at what it means to be ‘safe’ and ‘healthy’ for example, and they will be sharing their thoughts and ideas with each other in order to gain a better understanding over their health and wellbeing. The children have really enjoyed this so far and this week we looked at what it means to be ‘achieving’. They had some great ideas!
