Primary 1A have had a lot of fun this week celebrating literacy and languages week!
We studied the three books from the Scottish Book Trust – “Gorilla Loves Vanilla”, “The Fourth Bonniest Baby in Dundee” and “The Owls Egg”. We took part in lots of fun activities based on these books to help with a variety of literacy and language skills.
On St Andrews day we had many children wearing tartan! We learned all about who St Andrew is and why he is our patron saint.
We look forward to seeing many of you today for our parent open morning, we have lots of fun activities planned for you to take part in!
