HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We hope you all had a brilliant holiday and a well deserved rest. The staff would like to say thank you for all your good wishes, cards and gifts. You were all very generous.

 Forest School session

Forest School visits will commence week beginning 28/1/19 with the afternoon children. Please see parent notice board in nursery for more details. Mrs Paterson will be away to School Camp week of 18^th Jan. She feel a week each for the groups the two weeks before the February break would ease the children back into Forest visits.

 Photographs

The school photographer will be taking whole nursery class photos on Wednesday 16^th Jan 19’.

 Welcome

We would like to say a warm welcome to all the new children starting in nursery this week.

 Nursery Funds

This is a donation that we ask for to enable us to purchase healthy snacks for the children as well as additional resource.  Information about the recommended amount can be found on the information board within the nursery. Please ask a member of staff if you require additional information.

   You asked we did

Over the next month or so we would love to hear your voice in the nursery. We will be setting up a “You asked- We did” area and would like to hear your wishes and suggestions for how we can all work together and contribute to the development of the nursery. We would love to hear your ideas and the children’s – so please don’t be shy.

 Wellington Boots

Please bring your child’s wellington Boots to nursery each day they attend or leave a pair here for them.

 Drop off and pick up times

Wee reminder of the following times as we have new children attending

AM

Drop off : 8:30 – 8:50 am

Collection : 11:25-11:40 am

PM

Drop off : 12:25 – 12:45 pm

Collection : 3:20 – 3:35 pm

Also if you find for any reason you are unable to collect your child please give us a call during your child’s session and let us know who will be collecting in your place.
